Breakwater Enrichment Center is proud to partner with community organizations who offer enrichment classes and camp offerings to our students during the school year and summer. Their partnership allows us to expand our offerings, expose our students to experts in the field, and allows us to connect with teachers and programs outside of our organization. Apparatus Arts
Campfire Institute: Campfire Institute's programs help build outdoor leadership skills, confidence, and relationships! They offer a variety of adventures to help kids unplug, get outside and connect to nature and themselves!
Fun Chefs: Fun Chefs is a company geared toward exploring and practicing the culinary arts for today's busy and active families. Fun, delicious and nutritious recipes will be created along with lessons in nutrition, sanitation, culinary math and culinary geography. Students will learn how to follow recipes, use kitchen tools properly and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
MEPowered Pastries: MEPowered Pastries is an award-winning, family-focused bakery and learning studio dedicated to the magic of connection. Voted Greater Portland’s Best Hands-On Activity (2024 & 2025) and Best Birthday Cakes (2025 & 2026) in the Kid Pick Awards, we empower kids and families to grow, create, and learn through the art of baking. From daily treats to community bake sales, our mission is built on local ingredients, sustainable practices, and the belief that baking can create lasting change in our community.
Stages Youth Center: At STAGES Youth Theater, we believe creativity is inherent in children of all ages and that participation in the performing arts unlocks the imagination, builds self-esteem, and provides a meaningful opportunity for young people to learn about themselves and the world around them. STAGES' fun and dynamic classes focus on the process of acting and storytelling and are great for new and experienced actors alike!
